For weddings, most clients book 8–12 months in advance, especially for peak-season dates. For corporate events, 3–6 months is ideal, while private events are best booked 2–4 months ahead. Popular dates can fill quickly, so the earlier you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred date.
That said, if your date is closer, it’s always worth a call — availability is confirmed date by date, not by a general rule.
